GHOST Upgrade All Venues Due To Incredible Demand On Australian Headline Tour.

One of the world’s most exhilarating and esteemed creative forces, Grammy-winning Swedish theatrical rock band GHOST are delighted to announce due to huge demand, they will be upgrading all venues on their upcoming first Australian headline tour. The Sydney show has been upgraded to Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, October 3, the Melbourne show will now be at John Cain Arena on Wednesday, October 4 and the Brisbane show will be held at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Saturday, October 7.

All existing tickets remain valid to the upgraded shows and general tickets will be on sale Thursday, July 6 at 10am AEST time.

In mind blowing news Australian fans are in for an incredible treat as it’s been confirmed GHOST will be bringing their full International Production over for these shows and will receive the FULL GHOST experience.

In command of well over a billion streams and masters of infectious musical delights, GHOST are a band truly deserving of the word “spectacle”; from their hulking yet glamorous and expertly-crafted sonic output to their otherworldly live performances, GHOST continue to grow their ravenously adoring fanbase, relentlessly luring fans in and beyond the heavier realms with each new release and performance.

Helmed over the years by Tobias Forge, GHOST‘s fluctuations also burrow deeply into an ambitious and innovative DNA. Spanning everything from heavy metal to hard rock, doom metal, psychedelic rock, pop and more, GHOST have enamoured and challenged the status quo throughout their career while also sweeping critical acclaim, from their current status generating over 9 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone to snagging the award for Breakthrough Band at 2012’s Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards and taking out the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2016 via their single Cirice.

Boasting the macabre sensuality by Forge and accompanied by an army of instrumentalists known as Nameless Ghouls, GHOST‘s notorious performances gleefully break free of any preconceived notions of a typical live metal show, with confetti cannons, disco lights, a razor-sharp aesthetic and everything in between taking centre stage over the years on both festival runs and gargantuan arena tours. 2023 marks the first headline appearance for Swedish sorcerers – and if you thought you’d seen it all before, prepare yourself for a wild ride like no other this October.
