    JINJER Sells out Big D

In the 2+ years, we’ve lived in the Dallas area, we’ve seen many rock ‘n roll “household” names play, but not sell-out Gas Monkey Bar & Grill, until we recently saw Jinjer destroy the stage.  The venue does host all kinds of music genres and does sell-out often, just not when we’ve covered the show.

Our first encounter with Jinjer, when we interviewed Tati and Eugene on their tour bus, was at Gas Monkey Live (across the street from Gas Monkey Bar & Grill), a year earlier when they opened for DevilDriver. This time around they were the headliners and selling out venues across America because fans were coming to see them specifically.

Besides selling out shows in the U.S. for the first time, there have been many other developments in Jinjer including a new forthcoming album, new tattoos, and a really odd development – more money.
