Next January, get set to step into the surreal world of TILL LINDEMANN, with the renowned artist and singer for one of the biggest metal bands on the planet, Rammstein, set to bring his raw and completely reconceptualised solo shows for the first time ever down under in early 2026, supported by special guest MÉLANCOLIA.
Set to perform his own solo material, TILL LINDEMANN‘s Meine Welt Tour will open on Thursday 15 January in Brisbane before heading to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, and closing out proceedings on Thursday 22 January in Perth.
A monumental global success story weaving German industrial metal, jaw-dropping theatricality and lyricism that spans the taboo, political musings and more, Rammstein’s eruption into the world in the mid-90s cemented a new genre into the musical lexicon, Neue Deutsche Härte, heavily helmed by the booming and intense vocal stylings of frontman TILL LINDEMANN. With their manic amalgamation of electronica, grooves and alternative metal, Rammstein’s grandiose live shows frequently boast pyrotechnics and explosions and utter sensory overload; but, as LINDEMANN‘s more recent work showcases, there’s many nuanced feathers to his bow beyond the flamethrowers and onstage spectacles.
Releasing standalone single Meine Welt in 2024 and a David Lynch tribute via the murky track Und die Engel singen earlier this year, this brand new solo chapter has seen LINDEMANN channel existentialism and a more personal approach into his work, shedding the grandiose realms and instead embracing moments of minimalism and introspection. But don’t think for one second that LINDEMANN has lost any of his fangs on the solo front, with both recent videos also showcasing a provocative darkness, and certainly setting the scene for some riveting live encounters when he heads down under in early 2026.
